Our Story

Eric and I were introduced to each other by my sister in the late 90's. Eric comes from a culinary family that maintained a successful Italian delicatessen for many years. Growing up surrounded by all the delicious food he was constantly exposed to led to his passion for cooking. And this early passion, combined with his innate creativity, accounts for the expertise he has attained over the years. Somewhat conversely, my background is in business. But from day one we have always enjoyed dining at fine restaurants and exploring local wineries.

Our love blossomed and we married in 2004. In the years following we were blessed with our two beautiful daughters, Sofia and Sabrina. Family time for the Landolfis is still centered around the table and while it may not be commonplace today we still eat dinner together as a family nearly every evening.

Entertaining our family and friends is something we both undertake with great pleasure, and coming to our home almost always includes wine and a delicious meal. We relish in providing our guests with a superior culinary experience. At Waters Edge it is our intention to deliver to our guests that same delectable experience our friends and family have been enjoying for years. We truly believe every good meal should be accompanied by fantastic wine.

Our Wines

We make many of the popular varietals, including Merlots, Cabs and Chardonnays. We also make some harder-to-find wines such as Barolos, Gewurztraminers, Pinotages, Petit Verdot and Ports. We source grapes globally which allows us to make over 50 different kinds of wine using grapes from the best grape growing regions in the world. Places such as California, Italy, France, New Zealand, Chile and Germany.
